Clark Bryan Named by PHSS Foundation as 2025 Laudables Honouree

(London, ON) – PHSS Foundation announced today that Clark Bryan, award-winning concert pianist, music educator and founder of Aeolian Hall, is being recognized as the Laudables honouree for 2025.

Since 2000, the Foundation has held an annual celebration, recognizing an individual or business whose involvement, philanthropy and cultural contributions have made a positive and lasting difference in the community.

“In addition to being a leader of London’s art and cultural scene for more than two decades, Clark is a musician, educator, entrepreneur, and activist, whose efforts have helped transform countless lives and even the community itself,” says Elizabeth Wasko, Chair of the Laudables Committee. “Clark’s energy and drive have brought joy to so many by putting art, culture, music and belonging within their reach. His is a rich legacy that we wanted to celebrate.”

As a musician, Clark Bryan has performed around the world, recording 14 albums and being featured on many radio and television broadcasts. He has also taught thousands of students, adjudicated many Canadian music festivals and has written a book: “Gateways to Learning and Memory”. Through the El Sistema Aeolian program he founded in 2011, more than 150 children and youth have been able to experience the joy of a rich music education annually, all free of charge.

(London, ON) – La Fondation PHSS a annoncé le 25 février que Clark Bryan, distingué pianiste de concert, éducateur musical et fondateur de l’Aeolian Hall est reconnu comme le récipient du Laudables de 2025.

Depuis l’année 2000, la Fondation organise une célébration annuelle reconnaissant une personne ou une entreprise dont l’implication, la philanthropie et les contributions culturelles ont eu un effet positif et durable dans la communauté.

« En plus d’être un chef de file de la scène artistique et culturelle de London depuis plus de deux décennies, Clark est un musicien, un éducateur, un entrepreneur et un activiste, dont les efforts ont contribué à transformer d’innombrables vies et même la communauté elle-même », a déclaré Elizabeth Wasko, présidente du Comité des Laudables. « L’énergie et le dynamisme de Clark ont apporté de la joie à tant de gens en mettant l’art, la culture, la musique et un sentiment d’appartenance à leur portée. C’est un riche héritage que nous voulions célébrer ».

En tant que musicien, Clark Bryan s’est produit dans le monde entier, enregistrant 14 albums et il a figuré dans de nombreuses émissions de radio et de télévision. Il a également enseigné à des milliers d’étudiants, a jugé de nombreux festivals de musique canadiens et a écrit un livre intitulé « Gateways to Learning and Memory ». L’événement Laudables de la Fondation PHSS 2025 aura lieu le mardi 29 avril à 17h30 au London Hunt and Country Club.
